OnePlus Nord 2T has surfaced online in a pre-launch unboxing video that gives us a glimpse of the phone’s design and reveals its price and specs. The Nord-series device from the Chinese smartphone brand is expected to be launched soon, but the exact date has yet to be officially confirmed by the company. The OnePlus Nord 2T is seen with a punch-hole for the selfie camera and is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC.

A YouTube channel called Sahil Karoul has posted an unboxing video of the upcoming OnePlus Nord 2T. It shows off the handset box – a gray rectangular box – with a case, USB Type-C cable, 80W charger to charge the 4,500 mAh battery, documentation, a SIM ejector tool and the handset self.
The smartphone comes in a black shade with a perforated display design. According to the video, the power button and alert slider are arranged on the right back of the OnePlus Nord 2T, while the volume rocker can be seen on the left. At the bottom of the device is a speaker grille, a USB Type-C port and a SIM tray. The unboxing video provides a detailed look at the phone from all angles and discusses its key specs.

According to the video, the OnePlus Nord 2T will cost around Rs. 30,000 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. A recent listing on AliExpress had tipped a price tag of $399 (about Rs. 30,900).

The video shows OnePlus Nord 2T OxygenOS 12.1 running on Android 12. The smartphone is said to have a 6.43-inch full-HD+ liquid AMOLED display (1,080×2,400 pixels) with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and HDR10+ support. The handset is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM.
On the back, the OnePlus Nord 2T can be seen with a triple rear camera module with a dual LED flash. The camera unit includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main sensor with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens and a 2-megapixel sensor. On the front is a 32 megapixel selfie sensor. According to the video, the OnePlus Nord 2T will come in two RAM variants – 8 GB and 12 GB – and two storage options – 128 GB and 256 GB. Most of the specifications shown in the unboxing video correspond to those on AliExpress, except for the screen refresh rate and the presence of a 12GB + 256GB variant.
The presenter says that the OnePlus Nord 2T comes with a 4,500mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging support.
In addition, the video from Sahil Karoul shows that the OnePlus Nord 2T has scored 622,964 points in the AnTuTu, 719 in the single-core tests and 2760 in the multi-core tests on Geekbench. The device scored 4,638 points on the 3DMark Wild Life test.
